Here at Macfarlane Labels, we love feedback. It is always good to know what is working, what is not and what can be improved. We were delighted with the results of our latest 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey which saw an improvement in customer satisfaction.
Customers were asked about the level of service from our internal and external sales, deliveries and after sales. 94.8% of customers were satisfied with the service we provide, which increased from 93.5% in 2016. Overall, our customers were impressed with our work and gave us an NPS score of 59.
Customers participating in the survey had a chance of winning an incentive- Sonos Play 1 Wireless Speaker. And the winner of the prize draw was Mark Rooney from Kerry Foods.
